1. General Terms
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the provision of air conditioning services and installation by ENCIK BEKU AIRCOND SDN. BHD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
1.2 By engaging the services of the Company, the client (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") agrees to these terms and conditions.
1.3 These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The latest version will be available on request or via the Company's website.

2. Services
2.1 The Company offers air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair services.
2.2 All services will be carried out by qualified and trained personnel.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse service in cases where the service environment is deemed unsafe.

3. Quotations and Payments
3.1 All quotations provided by the Company are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.
3.2 A deposit may be required prior to the commencement of any service. The deposit amount will be specified in the quotation.
3.3 Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.4 The Company accepts payments via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
3.5 Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 The Customer may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
4.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service fee.

5. Warranties and Liability
5.1 The Company provides a warranty for the workmanship of installation and repair services for a period of 3 months from the date of completion.
5.2 This warranty does not cover faults arising from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
5.3 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the provision of services.
5.4 In no event shall the Company's liability exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the service in question.

6. Customer Obligations
6.1 The Customer must provide access to the premises at the agreed times for the Company to perform the services.
6.2 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any information provided to the Company is accurate and complete.
6.3 The Customer must inform the Company of any specific requirements or special conditions related to the service environment.

7. Privacy Policy
7.1 The Company is committed to protecting the Customer's privacy and will handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
7.2 Personal data collected by the Company will be used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services and for communication with the Customer.
7.3 The Company will not share personal data with third parties without the Customer's consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
