Refunds for maintenance and repair services will only be considered if the issue persists after our technicians have made reasonable efforts to rectify the problem.
Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the service date.
1.3 Products and Parts

Refunds for products and parts purchased through us are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and return policy.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase.
